The Hall Dinner & Dance committee is the energetic team behind very dazzling Hall Ball, as well as the super awesome Hall Bash Party. With ladies all dressed up in their most elegant dresses, and guys in their most charming outfit, the annual Hall Ball is the perfect way to celebrate the start of a new academic year. It is not only a night of glamour and food, the Hall Ball is also a very important night because after weeks of preparations and training, a Hall King and Queen will be crowned among the pageant contestants, who were unveiled during the Bash Party two weeks ahead.

Chief Programmer
In charge of programmers & pageant coordinator and oversee the progress of programme/games and pageant training.
Programmers
In charge of planning, preparing and executing games/ programme for Dinner & Dance. Buying of equipments needed for games.
Welfare/Secretary
In charge of organising birthday and bonding sessions for committee. Taking down minutes for committee meeting and informing committee members of important news.
Pageant Coordinators
In charge of planning, preparing and carrying out pageant training such as dance, catwalk, skit etc. Taking care of pageants' welfare and belonging
Fashion Coordinators
In charge of finding clothes, makeup and hair sponsors. Take care of pageants clothes and style for Dinner & Dance.
Business Managers
In charge of finding venue, sponsors and lucky draw prizes for Dinner & Dance
Publicity and Publications
In charge of photoshoot, videoshoot, brochures, posters and other forms of publicity for Dinner & Dance
